Haylen light (Solar) Haylen light (Solar) First of all, the importance and the meaningful of this light in front of my house. I bought it in the beginning of December 2023, but I waited until December 24, to set it up. That was wonderful and up to now I kept receiving compliments about it. Is that amazing? Of course, it is and that's why I want a second one,but much bigger than the first one. If it were not for my wife , I would have bought three more. For now, she doesn't want to exceed two of them and I hope I can convince her to get some more for the next Christmas season.

Mod lighting customer service is top tier… Mod lighting customer service is top tier because they actually contact you back immediately. It's not a generic message saying some will get back to you, it's a nice human with a name lol. The items are gorgeous. I have ordered several items and LOVE their sales (which is usually when I grab something). Can't say enough great things about this company.

Really poor quality lights Really poor quality lights, very cheaply made for the high price you pay, also I have questioned the I.P waterproof rating, as this is questionable. MOD forwards your order to a Chinese manufacturer. Shipping takes ages as delivery comes from China. Finally, the customer service is on a different planet, they don't understand the questions asked, keep giving the same none relevant answers, and don't deal with the issue. Regarding MODS's reply, below. Several emails highlighting my concerns and issues have been sent, hence my opinion on their replies. I look forward to receiving UK complaint regulation certification on the I.P ratings

Products are very poor quality for the… Products are very poor quality for the price point and compared to their marketing images. Almost impossible to build, yes they are flat pack lights. No instructions and all in Chinese. Communication is very slow and returning the products is challenging. I aim UK based and having to pay for postage to return our order. Not confident i will get my refund. Update. 6 weeks later I have not received my refund. 1 item got lost by FedEx but are avoiding refunding the 4 items the have received for a month now. Cost £600 to return junk back to them. Please avoid these cons

Great Looks but Beware if it Fails The products look good but quality and durability especially if an out door light is questionable. Then if your light transformer fails even under warranty they will send you the parts to fix it yourself - yep. That’s right. Disassemble, solder, and repair yourself. And for your trouble - Even after paying for your 5 year warranty, they will give you $6 back from your purchase. Too bad for such a nice looking product.
