Very responsive on inquiries and follow… Very responsive on inquiries and follow up on my recent order. I was able to get to a price that was favorable versus other companies. Instead of being handled by a bot I gained a follow up by a person who was on point with my needs and shortened my time to get an answer. Some bots can leave a buyer frustrated. Glad to see people interact and get inquiries answered expeditiously.

Great Looks but Beware if it Fails The products look good but quality and durability especially if an out door light is questionable. Then if your light transformer fails even under warranty they will send you the parts to fix it yourself - yep. That’s right. Disassemble, solder, and repair yourself. And for your trouble - Even after paying for your 5 year warranty, they will give you $6 back from your purchase. Too bad for such a nice looking product.

Good Customer Service and Unique Fixtures I placed a significant order through Mod Lighting, they had modern light fixtures that were different than what I could find anywhere else. I reached out to them with some questions and they were helpful and made sure everything was good. We still have 3 Haylen lights to install on the exterior of our new build. Haylen light (Solar) Haylen light (Solar) First of all, the importance and the meaningful of this light in front of my house. I bought it in the beginning of December 2023, but I waited until December 24, to set it up. That was wonderful and up to now I kept receiving compliments about it. Is that amazing? Of course, it is and that's why I want a second one,but much bigger than the first one. If it were not for my wife , I would have bought three more. For now, she doesn't want to exceed two of them and I hope I can convince her to get some more for the next Christmas season.

The Bailey light fitting I received had… The Bailey light fitting I received had unfortunately been machined incorrectly in the factory. Today a correctly machined fitting arrived...it did take a few weeks due to the factory being closed for holidays, but I do have to say that the customer service did keep me informed of their attempts to resolve the problem. The fitting itself is just stunning....it's a real centre-piece in my kitchen area. The quality is fine. Ordering from abroad is always a gamble, but I would say to prospective buyers don't be put off....hold out if there ever is a problem because it's worth it in the end.
