Mod lighting customer service is top tier… Mod lighting customer service is top tier because they actually contact you back immediately. It's not a generic message saying some will get back to you, it's a nice human with a name lol. The items are gorgeous. I have ordered several items and LOVE their sales (which is usually when I grab something). Can't say enough great things about this company.

Very responsive on inquiries and follow… Very responsive on inquiries and follow up on my recent order. I was able to get to a price that was favorable versus other companies. Instead of being handled by a bot I gained a follow up by a person who was on point with my needs and shortened my time to get an answer. Some bots can leave a buyer frustrated. Glad to see people interact and get inquiries answered expeditiously.

Fantastic lights First I want to thank James for being so helpful in assisting us with our purchases. We have purchased 4 lights from MOD LIGHTING and had a little issue but everything was taken care of and all the lights look absolutely beautiful. Already have my eye on several others.
