Long lead times and lack of response Long lead times and when our new Halo Lights arrived the finish was really poor and not what we'd expect. Followed instructions to arrange a return and refund but not response. Chased after several and still no response after over a week. Really disappointing from what appears to be a well established company.

Mod lighting customer service is top tier… Mod lighting customer service is top tier because they actually contact you back immediately. It's not a generic message saying some will get back to you, it's a nice human with a name lol. The items are gorgeous. I have ordered several items and LOVE their sales (which is usually when I grab something). Can't say enough great things about this company.

Good Customer Service and Unique Fixtures I placed a significant order through Mod Lighting, they had modern light fixtures that were different than what I could find anywhere else. I reached out to them with some questions and they were helpful and made sure everything was good. We still have 3 Haylen lights to install on the exterior of our new build. Will update this post with pictures
