GBLong lead times and lack of response Long lead times and when our new Halo Lights arrived the finish was really poor and not what we'd expect. Followed instructions to arrange a return and refund but not response. Chased after several and still no response after over a week. Really disappointing from what appears to be a well established company.

GBMod lighting customer service is top tier… Mod lighting customer service is top tier because they actually contact you back immediately. It's not a generic message saying some will get back to you, it's a nice human with a name lol. The items are gorgeous. I have ordered several items and LOVE their sales (which is usually when I grab something). Can't say enough great things about this company.

GBThe Bailey light fitting I received had… The Bailey light fitting I received had unfortunately been machined incorrectly in the factory. Today a correctly machined fitting arrived...it did take a few weeks due to the factory being closed for holidays, but I do have to say that the customer service did keep me informed of their attempts to resolve the problem. The fitting itself is just stunning....it's a real centre-piece in my kitchen area. The quality is fine. Ordering from abroad is always a gamble, but I would say to prospective buyers don't be put off....hold out if there ever is a problem because it's worth it in the end.
