Saker tool review I've bought at least 3 Saker products and found all of them to be sound investments. They are of high quality and are as advertised. "The bang for the buck"so to speak. The only problem with any of their products that I have ordered is on my end in not understanding that the measurements on the layout adjustable square were in metrics on both sides. It's a great square but a bit confusing when I use it. I should have looked closer at the pictures in the advertisement. Maybe someone at Saker could look into putting a standard rule on one side of this thing. It would make life a little easier for us older folks I know. Thank you people at Saker for bringing these useful High Quality, easy to use tools to market for a reasonable price.

Very good and useful products. Great customer service. When I ordered a product and mistakenly ordered 2, customer service was extremely helpful and offered a fair refund. I would recommend your products to anyone since they are high quality and due to your excellent customer service.

Customer Service is lacking I have placed two orders with smartsaker and received no confirmation email on those orders. I emailed them and asked for an invoice on both orders with negative results. I honestly don’t remember what I ordered now. It’s been over a month for the first order, and at least 2 weeks for the second order. Some communication would be nice.

Some how I ended up with 2 chainsaws… Some how I ended up with 2 chainsaws when I only wanted 1. No paperwork with either. Assembled 1 and the performance was terrible. Tried contacting company with no success. Will dispute with the credit card company. Hopefully that gets your attention.

I ordered that electric paint gun on… I ordered that electric paint gun on their website on April 15 and I still haven't received any confirmation about the order. There is no customer service, I left them a message but they don't answer, I registered on the website but I can't log in to see the order. this company looks like a ghost company. I think I made a mistake ordering on that website, I don't know if I will receive the product or if I will be refunded. I do not recommend
