DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I’ve been trying since 3/20/24 to cancel this account and it’s still not cancelled. First, I was told that I had to wait 7 business days for my payment to process. I called back on 3/29/24 then I was told they couldn’t cancel the account because I had one more billing cycle. I called back on 4/8 and was told that I needed to send a written request to cancel. I sent the written request on 4/8/24. I also made another payment on 4/8/24 but I received another billing statement. I called on 5/2/24 and was told that it takes 30 days (after receiving my cancellation notice) to cancel the account. This is the most frustrating experience I’ve had in canceling an account. The billing hasn’t stopped. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

We constantly have issues with the… We constantly have issues with the camera going offline. When everything works its great. But I feel like this shouldn't be a problem.

My entire process was deceptive My entire process was deceptive. I was excited to begin selling Vivint, but prior to selling I ALWAYS purchase to experience the product and ensure I’m being honest with clients. I signed up for Vivint right away and was excited. I was pushed through a process and given promotional items! The sales person started they would do a soft credit check to see if I “qualified for the service”. I was advised that my payment would be right under $50 monthly and that was the only information I was given. I had no idea and was not advised I would be taking on additional debt through Fortiva. What’s worse is I had a friend sign up and didn’t know about the Fortiva account until the payment was late and it was too late to cancel. I’m not stuck in a contract with a system I use intermittently at best and a line of credit above $2500. customer Service wouldn’t even let me pick a payment due date. Just get a Ring camera and call it a day.

Dishonest deceitful company Dishonest deceitful company. They pretended they had an arbritration department and even gave me a fake nonexistent email. They lied on so many occasions while verbally changing and misquoting the contract in order to get more money. For example, we paid over $3k for new product, but they tried to tell us we bought used and their fore no warranty. Tried to sell us a warranty which required us to reactivate our monitoring. Come to find out they never deactivated our service after requesting. 15+ times they told me a manager will call me, but they never do. Also, constantly bill us for installs, upgrades and services they offered for free. And then they will argue about it. I turned off autopay u til a manager calls me. They decided they could charge without my permission so I had to delete my card on our app. Unbelievably dishonest and crooked!

Terrible customer service I’ve wrote 3 emails to company about problems with my devices and app only for them to initially show concern with nothing back for over a month. Before this, I was having technical difficulties that no one in IT could figure out after hours on the phone. Luckily I was able to combine information that 3 different employees told me to get my issues resolved. For the amount of issues I’ve had with little to no help from the company versus what I pay, not worth it.
