USTrouble from the start. We are underwhelmed with the system we purchased from Vivint. I have had to contact their help desk multiple times due to hardware failure. We’ve only had the system a month. They expect you to stay on the phone trouble shooting their problem. They were polite and courteous. The installation guy, Joshua, knew his stuff. The first sensor in our system went offline before they were through installing it. I regret our decision.
