I didn't ask for your business I didn't ask for your business, I didn't look for home security, why are your people coming to my door and arguing with me to buy your product? Why are they harassing me and my neighbors to buy your product? When we say we have all our security needs taken care of, why are your 'contractors' so angrily and confrontational? Is this how you all do business?

Dishonest deceitful company Dishonest deceitful company. They pretended they had an arbritration department and even gave me a fake nonexistent email. They lied on so many occasions while verbally changing and misquoting the contract in order to get more money. For example, we paid over $3k for new product, but they tried to tell us we bought used and their fore no warranty. Tried to sell us a warranty which required us to reactivate our monitoring. Come to find out they never deactivated our service after requesting. 15+ times they told me a manager will call me, but they never do. Also, constantly bill us for installs, upgrades and services they offered for free. And then they will argue about it. I turned off autopay u til a manager calls me. They decided they could charge without my permission so I had to delete my card on our app. Unbelievably dishonest and crooked!

Originally I had posted a negative… Originally I had posted a negative review and for good reason. But, since that review the matter has been cleared up and I am thankful for the assistance from two very special, professional employees. This has revived my faith in courtesy and those who take their customers and their reviews serious. Its not always about selling a service or product but keeping your customers happy and owing up to the services that were promised.
