And the system support I received from Darrel K related to switching over the settings of my rather old ITI system was nothing short of outstanding! He was an absolute delight to work with and the entire process could not have gone smoother or quicker. I have a lot of experience with these kind of things and were it not for his expertise and very methodical approach, it would have taken much longer! I am thrilled to have found Alarm Grid and can't speak highly enough of the company -- and glad to be free of the other (name brand) guys!

GBResolve my Panel/HomeKit issue Resolve my Panel/HomeKit issue. I had WiFi/HomeKit problems for sometime. I removed All my HomeKit items and restored everything but had some tech issues getting the panel reconnected to HomeKit. I sent Freddie a video of my failed attempts and he pointed out I was on the right track but missing 1 step. He provided walk-thru video via YouTube and I resolved the issue. I’ve had Alarm Grid for several years and this was the first time I needed to reach them for support and they came thru!
