GBConverting from Xfinity Home I wanted to start out with Self-monitoring with phone access to Arm/Disarm. Purchased the LTEM-PV and power cable. Watched their videos on how to disconnect previous provider's (Xfinity Home) communicator and how to connect the new LTEM-PV. Very easy to follow and complete. They activated the Total Connect 2.0 which gives me phone access. Everything working as planned! Support was Friendly, quick to respond with any information I asked, and walked me thru the activation. Highly recommend Alarm Grid....

GBBest of the best, even better than ADT We have had nothing but great experiences with AlarmGrid. Their support staff is friendly, quick to respond, and extremely helpful! Often, the first response to your request is "DONE!". The monitoring service they use has always been quick to call, understanding, and always focused on asking the right questions. Even during the chaos of a false alarm, they get you from first call to confirmed false alarm in 30 seconds. I have recommended AlarmGrid several times and even today helped a friend activate their new service with AlarmGrid. As usual, the call came on-time, was quick, and the representative on the phone was very helpful and informative.

GBMy new favorite company! The responsiveness, knowledge and expertise of the people is exceptional. And the system support I received from Darrel K related to switching over the settings of my rather old ITI system was nothing short of outstanding! He was an absolute delight to work with and the entire process could not have gone smoother or quicker. I have a lot of experience with these kind of things and were it not for his expertise and very methodical approach, it would have taken much longer! I am thrilled to have found Alarm Grid and can't speak highly enough of the company -- and glad to be free of the other (name brand) guys!

GBResolve my Panel/HomeKit issue Resolve my Panel/HomeKit issue. I had WiFi/HomeKit problems for sometime. I removed All my HomeKit items and restored everything but had some tech issues getting the panel reconnected to HomeKit. I sent Freddie a video of my failed attempts and he pointed out I was on the right track but missing 1 step. He provided walk-thru video via YouTube and I resolved the issue. I’ve had Alarm Grid for several years and this was the first time I needed to reach them for support and they came thru!
