USMy new favorite company! The responsiveness, knowledge and expertise of the people is exceptional. And the system support I received from Darrel K related to switching over the settings of my rather old ITI system was nothing short of outstanding! He was an absolute delight to work with and the entire process could not have gone smoother or quicker. I have a lot of experience with these kind of things and were it not for his expertise and very methodical approach, it would have taken much longer! I am thrilled to have found Alarm Grid and can't speak highly enough of the company -- and glad to be free of the other (name brand) guys!

USI am very pleased with Alarmgrid I am very pleased with Alarmgrid. Freddie spent over two hours with me and was very patient getting my new communicator activated. It turned out that my system had an old voice board and some bad wiring that was interfering with the system.

USGreat alarm support for DIYers! I am located almost 100 miles away from an alarm installation company so I found it too costly to maintain my alarm system. I decided to upgrade my system on my own with help from Alarm Grid (AG). I found their online resources spot on and with some research and help from AG I was able to do it myself. Now I'm much more confident actually knowing how my system works. AG representatives were very patient and nice. And in particular I would like to thank Thomas Ward for going above and beyond in his customer support!

USConverting from Xfinity Home I wanted to start out with Self-monitoring with phone access to Arm/Disarm. Purchased the LTEM-PV and power cable. Watched their videos on how to disconnect previous provider's (Xfinity Home) communicator and how to connect the new LTEM-PV. Very easy to follow and complete. They activated the Total Connect 2.0 which gives me phone access. Everything working as planned! Support was Friendly, quick to respond with any information I asked, and walked me thru the activation. Highly recommend Alarm Grid....

USLong-time Alarm Grid customer impressed! As a long-time Alarm Grid customer, I know what to expect from their customer support team. Freddie didn't let me down today. Freddie quickly assessed the issue, provided a solution and instituted a fix. At my next Total Connect 2 log-in, everything was PERFECT again! Quick, friendly, efficient support may be hard to find some places...but, NEVER at Alarm Grid. Never disappointed, always impressed!
