I am very pleased with Alarmgrid I am very pleased with Alarmgrid. Freddie spent over two hours with me and was very patient getting my new communicator activated. It turned out that my system had an old voice board and some bad wiring that was interfering with the system.

Resolve my Panel/HomeKit issue Resolve my Panel/HomeKit issue. I had WiFi/HomeKit problems for sometime. I removed All my HomeKit items and restored everything but had some tech issues getting the panel reconnected to HomeKit. I sent Freddie a video of my failed attempts and he pointed out I was on the right track but missing 1 step. He provided walk-thru video via YouTube and I resolved the issue. I’ve had Alarm Grid for several years and this was the first time I needed to reach them for support and they came thru!

Best of the best, even better than ADT We have had nothing but great experiences with AlarmGrid. Their support staff is friendly, quick to respond, and extremely helpful! Often, the first response to your request is "DONE!". The monitoring service they use has always been quick to call, understanding, and always focused on asking the right questions. Even during the chaos of a false alarm, they get you from first call to confirmed false alarm in 30 seconds. I have recommended AlarmGrid several times and even today helped a friend activate their new service with AlarmGrid. As usual, the call came on-time, was quick, and the representative on the phone was very helpful and informative.

I love that I can just leave my phone # for a call back instead of waiting on hold. It's also very pleasant to speak with someone stateside instead of someone overseas.
