I am very pleased with Alarmgrid I am very pleased with Alarmgrid. Freddie spent over two hours with me and was very patient getting my new communicator activated. It turned out that my system had an old voice board and some bad wiring that was interfering with the system.

And the system support I received from Darrel K related to switching over the settings of my rather old ITI system was nothing short of outstanding! He was an absolute delight to work with and the entire process could not have gone smoother or quicker. Great alarm support for DIYers! I am located almost 100 miles away from an alarm installation company so I found it too costly to maintain my alarm system. I decided to upgrade my system on my own with help from Alarm Grid (AG). I found their online resources spot on and with some research and help from AG I was able to do it myself. Now I'm much more confident actually knowing how my system works. AG representatives were very patient and nice. And in particular I would like to thank Thomas Ward for going above and beyond in his customer support!
