New customer Programming and Set-up New customer programming and set up by AlarmGrid was excellent. They got my Vista 20P alarm system and LTE Communicator online and operating with TC 2.0 with a basic monitoring plan which is what I wanted. Brandon handled the task front to back. There were a few challenges that he addressed with patience and professionalism. Up on TC 2.0 and it is operating flawlessly thanks to the efforts of Brandon with my new account and all the necessary set up. Highly recommend AlarmGrid for self monitoring with the TC 2.0 tool.

And the system support I received from Darrel K related to switching over the settings of my rather old ITI system was nothing short of outstanding! He was an absolute delight to work with and the entire process could not have gone smoother or quicker. I have a lot of experience with these kind of things and were it not for his expertise and very methodical approach, it would have taken much longer! I am very pleased with Alarmgrid I am very pleased with Alarmgrid. Freddie spent over two hours with me and was very patient getting my new communicator activated. It turned out that my system had an old voice board and some bad wiring that was interfering with the system.
