Freddie quickly assessed the issue, provided a solution and instituted a fix. At my next Total Connect 2 log-in, everything was PERFECT again! Quick, friendly, efficient support may be hard to find some places...but, NEVER at Alarm Grid. Never disappointed, always impressed! New customer Programming and Set-up New customer programming and set up by AlarmGrid was excellent. They got my Vista 20P alarm system and LTE Communicator online and operating with TC 2.0 with a basic monitoring plan which is what I wanted. Brandon handled the task front to back. There were a few challenges that he addressed with patience and professionalism. Up on TC 2.0 and it is operating flawlessly thanks to the efforts of Brandon with my new account and all the necessary set up. Highly recommend AlarmGrid for self monitoring with the TC 2.0 tool.
