USAlarm.com SEM - Convert an old system to ADC This is the second Alarm.com install I have done with the help of Alarm Grid. Freddie Daniels was FANTASTIC to work with, guiding me through each step in the process. First, I thought I was going to have to change the whole panel and many sensors. Freddie cut through all that and pointed out the ADC SEM communicator, attached directly to my existing system, for a very moderate cost - no new panel or other hardware necessary. Then he walked me through the wiring and installation and stayed cool and informative as we worked through a wiring fault issue over several days. Finally, he ensured the system was operational and all permits were in place and sent me off to add users, etc., with written instructions. Though initially daunting, Freddie's patience and knowledge made it fairly simple and fun.

USResolve my Panel/HomeKit issue Resolve my Panel/HomeKit issue. I had WiFi/HomeKit problems for sometime. I removed All my HomeKit items and restored everything but had some tech issues getting the panel reconnected to HomeKit. I sent Freddie a video of my failed attempts and he pointed out I was on the right track but missing 1 step. He provided walk-thru video via YouTube and I resolved the issue. I’ve had Alarm Grid for several years and this was the first time I needed to reach them for support and they came thru!
