They got my Vista 20P alarm system and LTE Communicator online and operating with TC 2.0 with a basic monitoring plan which is what I wanted. Brandon handled the task front to back. There were a few challenges that he addressed with patience and professionalism. Up on TC 2.0 and it is operating flawlessly thanks to the efforts of Brandon with my new account and all the necessary set up. Highly recommend AlarmGrid for self monitoring with the TC 2.0 tool.

Best of the best, even better than ADT We have had nothing but great experiences with AlarmGrid. Their support staff is friendly, quick to respond, and extremely helpful! Often, the first response to your request is "DONE!". The monitoring service they use has always been quick to call, understanding, and always focused on asking the right questions. Even during the chaos of a false alarm, they get you from first call to confirmed false alarm in 30 seconds. I have recommended AlarmGrid several times and even today helped a friend activate their new service with AlarmGrid. As usual, the call came on-time, was quick, and the representative on the phone was very helpful and informative.

Excellent Service at Alarm Grid! Alarm Grid provides excellent service and customer support! I love that I can just leave my phone # for a call back instead of waiting on hold. It's also very pleasant to speak with someone stateside instead of someone overseas.
