GBI chose Alarm New England based on… I chose Alarm New England based on their reputation and ratings. I have not been disappointed. I had never owned a security alarm before, but Alexandra answered all of my questions and walked me through what equipment I would need and gave me prices. The system was delivered, I called Alarm New England and Odane walked me through installation and activation. The system was easy to install and works great!! I like the fact that my home is being monitored locally and the people from Alarm New England could not be nicer.

GBGreat service Great service Signup was great and super friendly, the price was better than others. The installation technician (takeover) was great and very diligent and spent the time to do things correct (and fix mistakes from prior install by other company) and showed us how everything worked. Only negative (4 vs 5 stars) is the scheduling department for the service/install was terrible. I had to escalate to get things sorted on that side but, the signup and install were flawless.

GBGreat Company and Service The quality of service, available, options, and pricing is all exceptional and puts Alarm New England above the competition. A self install is super easy and you have a dedicated staff member walk you through it the whole time. Have had no complaints with our system and the easy to use app is perfect for setting the system as you leave and come back from trips.

GBThis is the best customer service I… This is the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. The only reason I rated them 4-stars and not 5-stars is because they do not proactively update your system. If they come out to the house for some reason and notice that you are a few updates behind, then they perform the updates. Even if the updates are not essential, they should probably contact each customer and inform them that an update is available and let the customer decide if they want to perform the update. Most can probably be handled without a person coming to the home.
