In the Boston office, who took us through the initial application and explained in detail the system components as well as the time frame for installation to Nick, the technician who installed the system in our home (he was thorough and patient, as he fielded our questions and concerns) to Connie, who helped us with the mobile app....she was so polite and personable! These employees were truly dedicated to giving the best possible customer service! Thank you!

USVery Pleased My husband and I installed our system with Connie walking us through the process. We had some connectivity issues early on, but Connie quickly realized that due to the footprint of our house and a couple of odd bump-outs, a repeater was needed. We plugged in the repeater and voila! No more problems. More recently we added keyless deadbolt locks- Connie FaceTimed with us to get those units tied into the alarm panel, and they are working beauifully. We highly recommend Alarm New England!

USThis is the best customer service I… This is the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. The only reason I rated them 4-stars and not 5-stars is because they do not proactively update your system. If they come out to the house for some reason and notice that you are a few updates behind, then they perform the updates. Even if the updates are not essential, they should probably contact each customer and inform them that an update is available and let the customer decide if they want to perform the update. Most can probably be handled without a person coming to the home.
