I had never owned a security alarm before, but Alexandra answered all of my questions and walked me through what equipment I would need and gave me prices. The system was delivered, I called Alarm New England and Odane walked me through installation and activation. The system was easy to install and works great!! I like the fact that my home is being monitored locally and the people from Alarm New England could not be nicer.

They sell a system that may seem a bit more expensive off the get go, but once you realize that it’s one of the most modern and expandable systems on the market today, the price is fully justifiable. It’s not even really that expensive, to be honest, but it’s not a $99 down system you get from other companies. They understood my needs for the alarm right away during my initial phone conversation with them, and did not try to upsell me at all. They gave me what I wanted, installed it in a timely fashion, and had it working very quickly.
