Very Pleased My husband and I installed our system with Connie walking us through the process. We had some connectivity issues early on, but Connie quickly realized that due to the footprint of our house and a couple of odd bump-outs, a repeater was needed. We plugged in the repeater and voila! No more problems. More recently we added keyless deadbolt locks- Connie FaceTimed with us to get those units tied into the alarm panel, and they are working beauifully. We highly recommend Alarm New England!

The Best Alarm Company I Could Find-Glad I Did As part of building our new home in Falmouth, MA I wanted to plan and wire for an alarm system. I met with Chris Conners at his office, discussed the features we wanted and left a blueprint of the home. In about 2 days I had their plan, details and prices. After reviewing their proposal we signed and moved forward with a Honeywell Ademco system. Sean, the installer, did a meticulous job! The wiring and organization of the panel was precise and has performed as such. We have not had a false alarm in over 2 years other than ones we have created ourselves. The dispatch center has had an instant response whenever we have set off the alarm. The software for your phone is great as well. Our primary residence is 400 miles away and I get notifications of every door, window or motion detector that gets activated when someone is servicing our home. We checked with 4 other alarm companies and Alarm New England was by far the best value.

They sell a system that may seem a bit more expensive off the get go, but once you realize that it’s one of the most modern and expandable systems on the market today, the price is fully justifiable. It’s not even really that expensive, to be honest, but it’s not a $99 down system you get from other companies. They understood my needs for the alarm right away during my initial phone conversation with them, and did not try to upsell me at all. They gave me what I wanted, installed it in a timely fashion, and had it working very quickly.

John was very knowledgeable about the system and he answered all my questions so that I understood the system and how it works. John was very neat working and I was very comfortable having him work in my home. New England alarm u have a very valuable employee John working for u.

Just switched from ADT to Alarm New… Just switched from ADT to Alarm New England and these guys have been professional from the sales process through the installation. Dorothy answered my questions - of which I had many becuase I am so detailed - without judgement or by simply responding wih the "company line." I am fairly certain that if she could get "past" me she can get through most people because I am not easy! So far the Honeywell system seems very good. Denzel who did the installation was calm, methodical and professional.
