Just switched from ADT to Alarm New… Just switched from ADT to Alarm New England and these guys have been professional from the sales process through the installation. Dorothy answered my questions - of which I had many becuase I am so detailed - without judgement or by simply responding wih the "company line." I am fairly certain that if she could get "past" me she can get through most people because I am not easy! So far the Honeywell system seems very good. Denzel who did the installation was calm, methodical and professional.

Unlike other alarm companies we talked to they didn't try to push product or services we didn't need but engaged in a conversation with us about our house, our circumstances and tailored a solution to our needs. They've provided us with training on our system and personal, ongoing technical support. Their service is reliable and we have not had a problem during our 2+ years with them.

Very Pleased My husband and I installed our system with Connie walking us through the process. We had some connectivity issues early on, but Connie quickly realized that due to the footprint of our house and a couple of odd bump-outs, a repeater was needed. We plugged in the repeater and voila! No more problems. More recently we added keyless deadbolt locks- Connie FaceTimed with us to get those units tied into the alarm panel, and they are working beauifully. We highly recommend Alarm New England!
