From start to finish, the work being done on an expensive pair of earrings was carefully explained. The individual I worked with, Jesse was in close contact with me throughout the process. Work completed on my item was very professional too. The earrings were returned cleaned and repaired. Tracking information was carefully monitored on the return of my item. It’s refreshing to find such a fastidious company to work with and I would definitely send them my jewelry again if the need arises knowing it will be taken good care of!

Amazing Quality, Service, and experience I was searching for a quality place to get a necklace gold plated. This necklace is very sentimental and I was very critical of where to take it.
