Great customer service. So far so good. Is a home security business with great customer service. Their real test will come in the coming months when I need support and after using the monitoring service.

Excellent Company and Service I have had an alarm system through 1st Security and I cannot say anything negative about it. The system works great and makes my family and me feel safer at home. The people working at 1st Security are reliable and available to help when issues occur. So far, I've had one issue with one of my sensors falling- but it was quickly and easily resolved!

These guys are a breath of fresh air I talked to many, too many companies when we got our security system companies several years ago. These guys were the best hands down. Super friendly, super knowledgeable (they can actually make your home safe vs just giving you a key pad a motion and a door sensor) and they have been great over the years we have been using them. I now have them as my provider for our company office and I have referred them out to friends and family. I own a business, and It's tough to find a company in the service industry that actually does what they say they will.
