Excellent Company and Service I have had an alarm system through 1st Security and I cannot say anything negative about it. The system works great and makes my family and me feel safer at home. The people working at 1st Security are reliable and available to help when issues occur. So far, I've had one issue with one of my sensors falling- but it was quickly and easily resolved!

Great customer service After much research on the internet of alarm companies, I decided to go with 1st Security. They had great reviews, no BBB filings and they seemed to have state of the art equipment. I spoke with Larry and Kelly and they were both very helpful. And most importantly they were not PUSHY! I spoke with some other alarm companies and felt like I was dealing with a used car salesman. No pressure at all from 1st Security. I gave them a 4-star review instead of a 5 because I have not been with the company long enough. I will review again after a few months. But as of today I definitely recommend them .

A safe and comfortable experience My system is newly installed thanks to the amazing customer service at 1st Security. It was easy, painless and a lot less expensive than some of the other companies that i researched (including the one that I just left). I now feel a great sense of safety having 1st Security watching over my family and also in knowing that the staff is so willing to help me and genuinely concerned in my comfort with the system. Great customer Service - easy and painless Larry Conner was awesome and helped me get an install issue I was having resolved in 5 minutes. I had put it off for 2 weeks thinking it would be laborious and time consuming - a few quick buttons and my issue was resolved instantly. Responsiveness to my initial phone call for service was almost too fast. Highly recommend them.

Great customer service. So far so good. Is a home security business with great customer service. Their real test will come in the coming months when I need support and after using the monitoring service.
