Customer Experience I've been pretty impressed with the level of service and product knowledge shown by this company. Everything from the initial sales call to the to the scheduling of the install, to the install. The techs were prompt and professional and were very patient while running me through how the system works.

Great customer Service - easy and painless Larry Conner was awesome and helped me get an install issue I was having resolved in 5 minutes. I had put it off for 2 weeks thinking it would be laborious and time consuming - a few quick buttons and my issue was resolved instantly. Responsiveness to my initial phone call for service was almost too fast. Highly recommend them.

By far the best one stop security shop … By far the best one stop security shop in the area. The system is so stupidly easy, their install was beyond perfect, and spent the time to train you there after. They are also very quick to answer any questions! We can not recommend them more. Move over all you other security companies, this is the best there is.

Outstanding customer service. From the moment I called Kelly Schauf of 1st Security I knew I was in good hands. Kelly spent the time to go over my alarm needs and walked me through a detailed description of the recommended equipment and monitoring service options. The installer, Dominic, was outstanding. He was professional, efficient, ensured that all my questions were answered, and made sure that I was familiar with the options available on the keypad before he left. I have also been impressed with the monitoring service, Dynamark. I have already talked to them a few times and I feel my alerts are going to be answered quickly.

Great customer service After much research on the internet of alarm companies, I decided to go with 1st Security. They had great reviews, no BBB filings and they seemed to have state of the art equipment. I spoke with Larry and Kelly and they were both very helpful. And most importantly they were not PUSHY! I spoke with some other alarm companies and felt like I was dealing with a used car salesman. No pressure at all from 1st Security. I gave them a 4-star review instead of a 5 because I have not been with the company long enough. I will review again after a few months. But as of today I definitely recommend them .
