Customer Experience I've been pretty impressed with the level of service and product knowledge shown by this company. Everything from the initial sales call to the to the scheduling of the install, to the install. The techs were prompt and professional and were very patient while running me through how the system works.

Kelly spent the time to go over my alarm needs and walked me through a detailed description of the recommended equipment and monitoring service options. The installer, Dominic, was outstanding. He was professional, efficient, ensured that all my questions were answered, and made sure that I was familiar with the options available on the keypad before he left. I have also been impressed with the monitoring service, Dynamark. I have already talked to them a few times and I feel my alerts are going to be answered quickly.

Have worked with Jeremy and Larry at … Have worked with Jeremy and Larry at 1st Security for a few months now and they're great. They're far more responsive than any other alarm company I've worked with and they're focused on meeting your needs, versus endlessly trying to get you to buy more services and sensors that you might not need. In the house I just bought some other alarm company had installed a window open/close sensor on a window that doesn't open - probably fooling the prior senior citizen owners to pay more for more equipment they didn't need. I rest assured that 1st Security would never do something so foolish and greedy. They're good, honest people, and this is something that's unfortunately hard to find in the alarm business. I recommend them.
