Excellent service, staff and price I was helped by two Gentleman by the name of Kelly and Larry. They were both very professional and personable and the entire process all the way from information gathering to the install was seamless and worry free. 1st security provides the most technologically advanced panel on the market and for a price you will NOT find any where else. I did a lot of price shopping before I finally decided to sign up with them. I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking to get the best system out there for the best price.

The system is so stupidly easy, their install was beyond perfect, and spent the time to train you there after. They are also very quick to answer any questions! We can not recommend them more. Kelly spent the time to go over my alarm needs and walked me through a detailed description of the recommended equipment and monitoring service options. The installer, Dominic, was outstanding. He was professional, efficient, ensured that all my questions were answered, and made sure that I was familiar with the options available on the keypad before he left. I have also been impressed with the monitoring service, Dynamark. I have already talked to them a few times and I feel my alerts are going to be answered quickly.
