Great customer service Great customer service! When my screen first arrived it fit the window perfectly but the mounting hardware was mounted on the wrong sides (basically built 90-degrees off). After reaching out to the customer service team, they responded the next business day and had already started working on a replacement screen. It arrived a short time later and fits perfect. Yes there was a little delay due to being built twice, but clearly a company that stands by their product and ensures that their customers receive a quality screen that meets their needs. Highly recommend them again!

Delivery problems I would have given you 5 stars as the product is great. The delivery with Fed Ex was horrible. We were home and left multiple notes about them calling our cell phones and they didn't. There were 3-4 "failed" delivery attempts. We tried called the FedEx 800 number to no avail. Finally we happened to run into a FedEx driver (not ours) at Walgreens and she assured us that she would take care of it. I think the problem was a signature requirement which is really unnecessary as we have had alot more valuable things delivered without requiring a signature. Anyway, we would like to order again from you AND we are nervous about doing it due to the problems we had with delivery. Thanks for asking. Chip Masarie

Don't hesitate -- get these screens Purchased large sized screens (72" x 36") under an insurance claim and the insurance carrier was eager to pay the entire amount including shipping. Screens arrived in perfect condition, packed in such a way that no damage could be made to them by the delivery company. Been singing the praises of the screens to everyone who comments on them. Can't wait to order the next batch for remaining windows.

Happy Customer I'm very happy with my new window screens. Well built and arrived in pristine condition. Well worth the 12 week wait. Custom made and you can't beat the price. We had some windows that needed replacement storm windows that weren't standard sizes available in big box stores. I will definitely not hesitate to order again in the future. Also customer service was responsive to emails and voice messages and were very helpful with explaining how to measure for your preference (which I was a little nervous about as I am the furthest thing from a carpenter). Easy installation. Did it ourselves.
