No cry baby complaints and thanks for product. Ordered the screens and the arrived timely in the 7 to 8 working day statement. Checked measurements on all screens and they were cut exact. They guy that reviewed and in December 2023 and was upset they refunded his money? What a cry baby. I installed the same way he was crying about and drilled my own holes. Affordable screen even made sure I had no see um screen after my order was in and I called customer service. No complaints except I wish they would have identified each screen dimensions but I can read a measuring tape and it worked out.

I have ordered several times..but the… I have ordered several times..but the last time the wait time for shipment was alot longer..had to call to check on status...e mail or some kind of notice should have been sent I had customers waiting dye to my not having materials to do the work.. You are not the only company that has been behind in shipping...awnings are way behind...so it definitely affects my business and customer satisfaction. Good value, High quality, Fast shipping I ordered cut frame pieces and internal metal corners to put solar screens on all my windows. I ordered spline and screen material from big orange as they were slightly cheaper and had the lengths I needed. They accidently gave me a larger size frame than I ordered, which meant the internal corners did not fit. I called to let them know and they immediately sent me the correct (and upgraded) internal corners at no cost. Customer service was great. Material quality was good, couldn't ask for better. Shipping price was high, but obviously this is not the seller's fault.

Absolutely phenomenal job Absolutely phenomenal job! The screen material is very good, and the bronze matched perfect with my old cast iron window frames. The screens fit the window with precision accuracy. What's more, they even put in pull-tabs where I wanted them per my request at no extra charge. Thank you very much for that. It sealed the deal! I can even reuse the shipping container it came in. Very sturdy! Y'all are wonderful.
