The extra large custom sliding screen… The extra large custom sliding screen door I ordered assembled in about an hour and fit perfectly. I got a nice follow up e-mail from Customer service to make sure I was 100% satisfied. Great product for low price.

We recently ordered the Milano 100… We recently ordered the Milano 100 retractable screen. The package had obviously been dropped by FEDEX and we had to contact affordable screens for a few replacement parts. They helped us identify the parts needed and shipped them to us within days. They were super cordial and helpful. They went the extra mile to make our purchase perfect. Thanks for the great customer service.

No cry baby complaints and thanks for product. Ordered the screens and the arrived timely in the 7 to 8 working day statement. Checked measurements on all screens and they were cut exact. They guy that reviewed and in December 2023 and was upset they refunded his money? What a cry baby. I installed the same way he was crying about and drilled my own holes. Affordable screen even made sure I had no see um screen after my order was in and I called customer service. No complaints except I wish they would have identified each screen dimensions but I can read a measuring tape and it worked out.

My only difficulty was with what… My only difficulty was with what appeared to be a "lunch hour shutdown" where nobody answered the phone about a simple question upon receiving the door. You should have an answering machine stating that you will be back after lunch, what your hours are etc. Thanks.
