I have ordered several times..but the… I have ordered several times..but the last time the wait time for shipment was alot longer..had to call to check on status...e mail or some kind of notice should have been sent I had customers waiting dye to my not having materials to do the work.. You are not the only company that has been behind in shipping...awnings are way behind...so it definitely affects my business and customer satisfaction. Delivery problems I would have given you 5 stars as the product is great. The delivery with Fed Ex was horrible. We were home and left multiple notes about them calling our cell phones and they didn't. There were 3-4 "failed" delivery attempts. We tried called the FedEx 800 number to no avail. Finally we happened to run into a FedEx driver (not ours) at Walgreens and she assured us that she would take care of it. I think the problem was a signature requirement which is really unnecessary as we have had alot more valuable things delivered without requiring a signature. Anyway, we would like to order again from you AND we are nervous about doing it due to the problems we had with delivery. Thanks for asking. Chip Masarie

Excellent replacement screen and super… Excellent replacement screen and super fast turn around time!!! The package was very well made so the screen would not get any damage and it came through the shipping with no damage at all !!! Highly recommend company with way above average quality and they should be super proud !!!

Absolutely phenomenal job Absolutely phenomenal job! The screen material is very good, and the bronze matched perfect with my old cast iron window frames. The screens fit the window with precision accuracy. What's more, they even put in pull-tabs where I wanted them per my request at no extra charge. Thank you very much for that. It sealed the deal! I can even reuse the shipping container it came in. Very sturdy! Y'all are wonderful.

My only difficulty was with what… My only difficulty was with what appeared to be a "lunch hour shutdown" where nobody answered the phone about a simple question upon receiving the door. You should have an answering machine stating that you will be back after lunch, what your hours are etc. Thanks.
