The package had obviously been dropped by FEDEX and we had to contact affordable screens for a few replacement parts. They helped us identify the parts needed and shipped them to us within days. Absolutely phenomenal job Absolutely phenomenal job! The screen material is very good, and the bronze matched perfect with my old cast iron window frames. The screens fit the window with precision accuracy. What's more, they even put in pull-tabs where I wanted them per my request at no extra charge. Thank you very much for that. It sealed the deal!
