Delivery problems I would have given you 5 stars as the product is great. The delivery with Fed Ex was horrible. We were home and left multiple notes about them calling our cell phones and they didn't. There were 3-4 "failed" delivery attempts. We tried called the FedEx 800 number to no avail. Finally we happened to run into a FedEx driver (not ours) at Walgreens and she assured us that she would take care of it. I think the problem was a signature requirement which is really unnecessary as we have had alot more valuable things delivered without requiring a signature. Anyway, we would like to order again from you AND we are nervous about doing it due to the problems we had with delivery. Thanks for asking. Chip Masarie

Product was exactly what we have been… Product was exactly what we have been needing for years to replace old damaged custom screens. The online measuring instructions removed the margin of error. The screens are high quality. Although the shipping wasn't next day like our society demands, these are custom made products with fine workmanship... their website time frame was spot on. No question marks on this experience. I will be back if ever we need more screens replaced. Thank you!

The screen door I ordered arrived, undamaged, in a wonderfully packaged enclosure comprised of a wooden protective frame enclosed in a heavy cardboard custom made box. Best of all, the screen frame was constructed exactly to the measurements specified in my purchase order. The new door fit perfectly into the existing door frame. Timely delivery. Top quality!! We recently ordered the Milano 100… We recently ordered the Milano 100 retractable screen. The package had obviously been dropped by FEDEX and we had to contact affordable screens for a few replacement parts. They helped us identify the parts needed and shipped them to us within days. Don't hesitate -- get these screens Purchased large sized screens (72" x 36") under an insurance claim and the insurance carrier was eager to pay the entire amount including shipping. Screens arrived in perfect condition, packed in such a way that no damage could be made to them by the delivery company. Been singing the praises of the screens to everyone who comments on them. Can't wait to order the next batch for remaining windows.
