Wavy screen I have purchased three screens so far from Affordable Screen Company. The previous two came as expected and good quality. However, my most recent screen was not as good, as the screen material had not been stretched properly. As a result the screen, instead of being taut had waves in it. I will still continue to order screens from this company, but this one was only average. Packaging is solid for shipment. Delivery time is as expected.

Hard to find circular screen We have a circular window that faces south over our deck. The sun hits the window and was reflecting as a prism onto the Azek decking causing the decking to almost melt! We were lucky to find Affordable Screen Co on the internet and hoped we could get a screen to help diffuse the sun’s rays. The screen fit the window perfectly and did the trick. Affordable Screen Co was timely in getting our screen to us as well.

Delivery problems I would have given you 5 stars as the product is great. The delivery with Fed Ex was horrible. We were home and left multiple notes about them calling our cell phones and they didn't. There were 3-4 "failed" delivery attempts. We tried called the FedEx 800 number to no avail. Finally we happened to run into a FedEx driver (not ours) at Walgreens and she assured us that she would take care of it. I think the problem was a signature requirement which is really unnecessary as we have had alot more valuable things delivered without requiring a signature. Anyway, we would like to order again from you AND we are nervous about doing it due to the problems we had with delivery. Thanks for asking. Chip Masarie

Couldn't find this screen anywhere Couldn't find this screen anywhere, except for 3ft widths. Ordering online was super easy and they have a large selection of widths/lengths to choose from. This is going up on our new patio. Diffuses sunlight and it's almost two-was as it's difficult to see into from outside.

My only difficulty was with what… My only difficulty was with what appeared to be a "lunch hour shutdown" where nobody answered the phone about a simple question upon receiving the door. You should have an answering machine stating that you will be back after lunch, what your hours are etc. Thanks.
