He then gave me great directions for sending the item back and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly! GBGood People... I initially had an issue with a toilet I purchased. I reached out to the company directly and they fully resolved the situation. GBI received 2nd time wrong size product I received 2nd time wrong size product. I got too much headache from plumbersstock.com Customer Service. I was on call holding for a long time to resolve the issues and after a long period they dropped the call. Finally, I receive the return labor. I hope they will give us the money back.
