We are waiting for the rest of our order, and will be able to respond to that when it arrives. We have heard nothing about when it will ship/arrive.

After a hort time I contacted them by email to find out the process. Bernard Mijares responded and he looked into my order, explained the process timeline, where my order stood and sent me. A tracking # when it became available. Who does this today?

What they can improve is posting tracking information to the order, I was concerned my order did not ship because no tracking information was posted on any of the 3 orders - as it turns out, the order shipped pretty much the same day and will arrive within 3 days or my order.
