What they can improve is posting tracking information to the order, I was concerned my order did not ship because no tracking information was posted on any of the 3 orders - as it turns out, the order shipped pretty much the same day and will arrive within 3 days or my order.

Service and pricing top-notch in a difficult supply environment Bernard has been extremely helpful in effectively communicating by email about the order status (six items from the manufacturer) as well as been very accommodating by shipping the available items (received via FedEx today) while waiting for the remainder to arrive.
