GBOnce I found the best way to connect… Once I found the best way to connect for customer service (chat box), everything went smoothly. What they can improve is posting tracking information to the order, I was concerned my order did not ship because no tracking information was posted on any of the 3 orders - as it turns out, the order shipped pretty much the same day and will arrive within 3 days or my order.

GBI needed a couple parts for my pump I needed a couple parts for my pump. I bought them Plumbers Stock through the internet. Being a new customer I was unsure about their process. After a hort time I contacted them by email to find out the process. Bernard Mijares responded and he looked into my order, explained the process timeline, where my order stood and sent me. A tracking # when it became available. Who does this today?

We were getting very discouraged w plumberstock’s service. After many letters to Felicia and Christy, finally today Bernard got behind it and we finally have our refractory in the mail! GBWe received only part of our order We received part of our order, then we got an email saying that we haven't been forgotten, then we received e-mails asking if we were satisfied with our order. We are waiting for the rest of our order, and will be able to respond to that when it arrives. We have heard nothing about when it will ship/arrive.
