Amazing Customer Service! I recently purchased something that I needed to return. When I called customer service, Frank was able to initiate the return and emailed me the paperwork I would need. He then gave me great directions for sending the item back and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly! Service and pricing top-notch in a difficult supply environment Bernard has been extremely helpful in effectively communicating by email about the order status (six items from the manufacturer) as well as been very accommodating by shipping the available items (received via FedEx today) while waiting for the remainder to arrive. Much appreciated!! It can be stressful these days with supply chain issues but Plumbersstock has done a great deal to alleviate a lot of that worry. John has also been very helpful with responses to phone call status checks. Well done!!

We received only part of our order We received part of our order, then we got an email saying that we haven't been forgotten, then we received e-mails asking if we were satisfied with our order. We are waiting for the rest of our order, and will be able to respond to that when it arrives. We have heard nothing about when it will ship/arrive.
