GBOnce I found the best way to connect… Once I found the best way to connect for customer service (chat box), everything went smoothly. What they can improve is posting tracking information to the order, I was concerned my order did not ship because no tracking information was posted on any of the 3 orders - as it turns out, the order shipped pretty much the same day and will arrive within 3 days or my order.

GBI needed a couple parts for my pump I needed a couple parts for my pump. I bought them Plumbers Stock through the internet. Being a new customer I was unsure about their process. After a hort time I contacted them by email to find out the process. Bernard Mijares responded and he looked into my order, explained the process timeline, where my order stood and sent me. A tracking # when it became available. Who does this today?

GBMJ Geanga with customer service has… MJ Geanga with customer service has worked deligently to satisfy so extra ordinary needs I have had. Three times I had to have to ship date of my order changed and three times the changes were made without a hitch. Thanks to MJ I will be looking to place additional orders with Plumber Stock has my need arise. Thanks again MJ DL in Utah

GBAll arrived undamaged and exactly as… All arrived undamaged and exactly as ordered. The order was shipped in two pieces and was separated during shipping. Aaron did a great job addressing and communicating the status -- all arrived only 2 days apart.

GBGood People... I initially had an issue with a toilet I purchased. I reached out to the company directly and they fully resolved the situation. There is nothing better than a company that stands by their product. D+ For the Mistake, Things Happen... A++ For Fixing It and Making It Right... Would recommend!
