GBWe received only part of our order We received part of our order, then we got an email saying that we haven't been forgotten, then we received e-mails asking if we were satisfied with our order. We are waiting for the rest of our order, and will be able to respond to that when it arrives. We have heard nothing about when it will ship/arrive.

GBI needed a couple parts for my pump I needed a couple parts for my pump. I bought them Plumbers Stock through the internet. Being a new customer I was unsure about their process. After a hort time I contacted them by email to find out the process. Bernard Mijares responded and he looked into my order, explained the process timeline, where my order stood and sent me. A tracking # when it became available. Who does this today?

GBBernard gets a 5 star review Bernard gets a 5 star review. We have struggled w plumberstock for more than a month or two trying to replace a damaged refractory. We were getting very discouraged w plumberstock’s service. After many letters to Felicia and Christy, finally today Bernard got behind it and we finally have our refractory in the mail!
