We had to go round and round, but finally got to a workable solution. Their payment processing service has a LOT of improvements it needs.

GBWe received only part of our order We received part of our order, then we got an email saying that we haven't been forgotten, then we received e-mails asking if we were satisfied with our order. We are waiting for the rest of our order, and will be able to respond to that when it arrives. We have heard nothing about when it will ship/arrive.

GBOnce I found the best way to connect… Once I found the best way to connect for customer service (chat box), everything went smoothly. What they can improve is posting tracking information to the order, I was concerned my order did not ship because no tracking information was posted on any of the 3 orders - as it turns out, the order shipped pretty much the same day and will arrive within 3 days or my order.
