I was on call holding for a long time to resolve the issues and after a long period they dropped the call. Finally, I receive the return labor. I hope they will give us the money back.

We were getting very discouraged w plumberstock’s service. After many letters to Felicia and Christy, finally today Bernard got behind it and we finally have our refractory in the mail! GBMJ was great I was asking about an… MJ was great I was asking about an order update and he found out that it had shipped out but the tracking number was not available yet...that's the carrier just waiting on it . Otherwise he was great letting me know that it had left the warehouse
