We had to go round and round, but finally got to a workable solution. Their payment processing service has a LOT of improvements it needs.

After a hort time I contacted them by email to find out the process. Bernard Mijares responded and he looked into my order, explained the process timeline, where my order stood and sent me. A tracking # when it became available. Who does this today?

GBOnce I found the best way to connect… Once I found the best way to connect for customer service (chat box), everything went smoothly. What they can improve is posting tracking information to the order, I was concerned my order did not ship because no tracking information was posted on any of the 3 orders - as it turns out, the order shipped pretty much the same day and will arrive within 3 days or my order.
