Once I found the best way to connect… Once I found the best way to connect for customer service (chat box), everything went smoothly. What they can improve is posting tracking information to the order, I was concerned my order did not ship because no tracking information was posted on any of the 3 orders - as it turns out, the order shipped pretty much the same day and will arrive within 3 days or my order.

Didn't receive items and items received… Didn't receive items and items received super late! Customer service is absurd. They indicate they don't show my order on their system and their system provided didn't information. Will not order from here again. Total bait and switch..

Three times I had to have to ship date of my order changed and three times the changes were made without a hitch. Amazing Customer Service! I recently purchased something that I needed to return. When I called customer service, Frank was able to initiate the return and emailed me the paperwork I would need. He then gave me great directions for sending the item back and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly!
