He then gave me great directions for sending the item back and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly! We had to go round and round, but finally got to a workable solution. Their payment processing service has a LOT of improvements it needs.

GBI needed a couple parts for my pump I needed a couple parts for my pump. I bought them Plumbers Stock through the internet. Being a new customer I was unsure about their process. After a hort time I contacted them by email to find out the process. Bernard Mijares responded and he looked into my order, explained the process timeline, where my order stood and sent me. A tracking # when it became available. Who does this today?
