GBAmazing Customer Service! I recently purchased something that I needed to return. When I called customer service, Frank was able to initiate the return and emailed me the paperwork I would need. He then gave me great directions for sending the item back and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly! GBDidn't receive items and items received… Didn't receive items and items received super late! Customer service is absurd. They indicate they don't show my order on their system and their system provided didn't information. Will not order from here again. Total bait and switch..
