We were getting very discouraged w plumberstock’s service. After many letters to Felicia and Christy, finally today Bernard got behind it and we finally have our refractory in the mail! GBAll arrived undamaged and exactly as… All arrived undamaged and exactly as ordered. The order was shipped in two pieces and was separated during shipping. Aaron did a great job addressing and communicating the status -- all arrived only 2 days apart.

GBOnce I found the best way to connect… Once I found the best way to connect for customer service (chat box), everything went smoothly. What they can improve is posting tracking information to the order, I was concerned my order did not ship because no tracking information was posted on any of the 3 orders - as it turns out, the order shipped pretty much the same day and will arrive within 3 days or my order.

GBDidn't receive items and items received… Didn't receive items and items received super late! Customer service is absurd. They indicate they don't show my order on their system and their system provided didn't information. Will not order from here again. Total bait and switch..
