We had to go round and round, but finally got to a workable solution. Their payment processing service has a LOT of improvements it needs.

GBAmazing Customer Service! I recently purchased something that I needed to return. When I called customer service, Frank was able to initiate the return and emailed me the paperwork I would need. He then gave me great directions for sending the item back and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly! I appreciated Frank's service so much, that the next time I need any plumbing fixtures for my home, Plumbers Stock will be the first site I visit! Thanks, Frank!

GBOnce I found the best way to connect… Once I found the best way to connect for customer service (chat box), everything went smoothly. What they can improve is posting tracking information to the order, I was concerned my order did not ship because no tracking information was posted on any of the 3 orders - as it turns out, the order shipped pretty much the same day and will arrive within 3 days or my order.

GBGood People... I initially had an issue with a toilet I purchased. I reached out to the company directly and they fully resolved the situation. There is nothing better than a company that stands by their product. D+ For the Mistake, Things Happen... A++ For Fixing It and Making It Right... Would recommend!

GBWe received only part of our order We received part of our order, then we got an email saying that we haven't been forgotten, then we received e-mails asking if we were satisfied with our order. We are waiting for the rest of our order, and will be able to respond to that when it arrives. We have heard nothing about when it will ship/arrive.
