We received only part of our order We received part of our order, then we got an email saying that we haven't been forgotten, then we received e-mails asking if we were satisfied with our order. We are waiting for the rest of our order, and will be able to respond to that when it arrives. We have heard nothing about when it will ship/arrive.

Good People... I initially had an issue with a toilet I purchased. I reached out to the company directly and they fully resolved the situation.
