GBAaron was extremely helpful working through payment issues Aaron was extremely helpful working through payment issues when a completely weird fraud alert landed on my payment. We had to go round and round, but finally got to a workable solution. Their payment processing service has a LOT of improvements it needs.

GBI received 2nd time wrong size product I received 2nd time wrong size product. I got too much headache from plumbersstock.com Customer Service. I was on call holding for a long time to resolve the issues and after a long period they dropped the call. Finally, I receive the return labor. I hope they will give us the money back.

GBOnce I found the best way to connect… Once I found the best way to connect for customer service (chat box), everything went smoothly. What they can improve is posting tracking information to the order, I was concerned my order did not ship because no tracking information was posted on any of the 3 orders - as it turns out, the order shipped pretty much the same day and will arrive within 3 days or my order.
