GBI needed a couple parts for my pump I needed a couple parts for my pump. I bought them Plumbers Stock through the internet. Being a new customer I was unsure about their process. After a hort time I contacted them by email to find out the process. Bernard Mijares responded and he looked into my order, explained the process timeline, where my order stood and sent me. A tracking # when it became available. Who does this today?

GBAll arrived undamaged and exactly as… All arrived undamaged and exactly as ordered. The order was shipped in two pieces and was separated during shipping. Aaron did a great job addressing and communicating the status -- all arrived only 2 days apart.

GBDidn't receive items and items received… Didn't receive items and items received super late! Customer service is absurd. They indicate they don't show my order on their system and their system provided didn't information. Will not order from here again. Total bait and switch..

GBWe received only part of our order We received part of our order, then we got an email saying that we haven't been forgotten, then we received e-mails asking if we were satisfied with our order. We are waiting for the rest of our order, and will be able to respond to that when it arrives. We have heard nothing about when it will ship/arrive.
