I was on call holding for a long time to resolve the issues and after a long period they dropped the call. Finally, I receive the return labor. I hope they will give us the money back.

What they can improve is posting tracking information to the order, I was concerned my order did not ship because no tracking information was posted on any of the 3 orders - as it turns out, the order shipped pretty much the same day and will arrive within 3 days or my order.
