GBI received 2nd time wrong size product I received 2nd time wrong size product. I got too much headache from plumbersstock.com Customer Service. I was on call holding for a long time to resolve the issues and after a long period they dropped the call. Finally, I receive the return labor. I hope they will give us the money back.

We were getting very discouraged w plumberstock’s service. After many letters to Felicia and Christy, finally today Bernard got behind it and we finally have our refractory in the mail!
