I was on call holding for a long time to resolve the issues and after a long period they dropped the call. Finally, I receive the return labor. I hope they will give us the money back.

Amazing Customer Service! I recently purchased something that I needed to return. When I called customer service, Frank was able to initiate the return and emailed me the paperwork I would need. He then gave me great directions for sending the item back and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly! Service and pricing top-notch in a difficult supply environment Bernard has been extremely helpful in effectively communicating by email about the order status (six items from the manufacturer) as well as been very accommodating by shipping the available items (received via FedEx today) while waiting for the remainder to arrive. Much appreciated!! It can be stressful these days with supply chain issues but Plumbersstock has done a great deal to alleviate a lot of that worry.
