Three times I had to have to ship date of my order changed and three times the changes were made without a hitch. I needed a couple parts for my pump I needed a couple parts for my pump. I bought them Plumbers Stock through the internet. Being a new customer I was unsure about their process. After a hort time I contacted them by email to find out the process. Bernard Mijares responded and he looked into my order, explained the process timeline, where my order stood and sent me. A tracking # when it became available. Who does this today?

Amazing Customer Service! I recently purchased something that I needed to return. When I called customer service, Frank was able to initiate the return and emailed me the paperwork I would need. He then gave me great directions for sending the item back and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly! We received only part of our order We received part of our order, then we got an email saying that we haven't been forgotten, then we received e-mails asking if we were satisfied with our order. We are waiting for the rest of our order, and will be able to respond to that when it arrives. We have heard nothing about when it will ship/arrive.
