GBService and pricing top-notch in a difficult supply environment Bernard has been extremely helpful in effectively communicating by email about the order status (six items from the manufacturer) as well as been very accommodating by shipping the available items (received via FedEx today) while waiting for the remainder to arrive. Much appreciated!! It can be stressful these days with supply chain issues but Plumbersstock has done a great deal to alleviate a lot of that worry. John has also been very helpful with responses to phone call status checks. Well done!!

GBMJ was great I was asking about an… MJ was great I was asking about an order update and he found out that it had shipped out but the tracking number was not available yet...that's the carrier just waiting on it . Otherwise he was great letting me know that it had left the warehouse

We had to go round and round, but finally got to a workable solution. Their payment processing service has a LOT of improvements it needs.

GBGood People... I initially had an issue with a toilet I purchased. I reached out to the company directly and they fully resolved the situation. GBI received 2nd time wrong size product I received 2nd time wrong size product. I got too much headache from plumbersstock.com Customer Service. I was on call holding for a long time to resolve the issues and after a long period they dropped the call. Finally, I receive the return labor. I hope they will give us the money back.
