GBAmazing Customer Service! I recently purchased something that I needed to return. When I called customer service, Frank was able to initiate the return and emailed me the paperwork I would need. He then gave me great directions for sending the item back and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly! GBI needed a couple parts for my pump I needed a couple parts for my pump. I bought them Plumbers Stock through the internet. Being a new customer I was unsure about their process. After a hort time I contacted them by email to find out the process. Bernard Mijares responded and he looked into my order, explained the process timeline, where my order stood and sent me. A tracking # when it became available. Who does this today?
