Service and pricing top-notch in a difficult supply environment Bernard has been extremely helpful in effectively communicating by email about the order status (six items from the manufacturer) as well as been very accommodating by shipping the available items (received via FedEx today) while waiting for the remainder to arrive. Much appreciated!! It can be stressful these days with supply chain issues but Plumbersstock has done a great deal to alleviate a lot of that worry. John has also been very helpful with responses to phone call status checks. Well done!!

Once I found the best way to connect… Once I found the best way to connect for customer service (chat box), everything went smoothly. What they can improve is posting tracking information to the order, I was concerned my order did not ship because no tracking information was posted on any of the 3 orders - as it turns out, the order shipped pretty much the same day and will arrive within 3 days or my order.
