He then gave me great directions for sending the item back and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly! I appreciated Frank's service so much, that the next time I need any plumbing fixtures for my home, Plumbers Stock will be the first site I visit! Thanks, Frank!

GBDidn't receive items and items received… Didn't receive items and items received super late! Customer service is absurd. They indicate they don't show my order on their system and their system provided didn't information. Will not order from here again. Total bait and switch..

We had to go round and round, but finally got to a workable solution. Their payment processing service has a LOT of improvements it needs.

After a hort time I contacted them by email to find out the process. Bernard Mijares responded and he looked into my order, explained the process timeline, where my order stood and sent me. A tracking # when it became available. Who does this today?
