We were getting very discouraged w plumberstock’s service. After many letters to Felicia and Christy, finally today Bernard got behind it and we finally have our refractory in the mail! We had to go round and round, but finally got to a workable solution. Their payment processing service has a LOT of improvements it needs.

GBOnce I found the best way to connect… Once I found the best way to connect for customer service (chat box), everything went smoothly. What they can improve is posting tracking information to the order, I was concerned my order did not ship because no tracking information was posted on any of the 3 orders - as it turns out, the order shipped pretty much the same day and will arrive within 3 days or my order.

GBMJ was great I was asking about an… MJ was great I was asking about an order update and he found out that it had shipped out but the tracking number was not available yet...that's the carrier just waiting on it . Otherwise he was great letting me know that it had left the warehouse
