GBNew install and service The sales person took the time to explain options, service. We had a lot of questions The installers took time to review system and help determine best placement for pan/tilt camera. The next morning one of the 4-yr old girls tried to open the door prior to the alarm being disarmed and the system worked appropriately. We were contacted and able to let them know that all was ok. I would certainly recommend them to others. Fast, friendly service that provides a great level of protection.

GBMuch better than ADT! We were with ADT for 4 years and switched to Envision. When the envision tech installed the system on a Saturday, I called ADT on Monday to terminate service and let them know that since their device was cut off on Saturday and we had nor received any phone calls from them to see if we were ok. Since getting envision, the alarm has gone off once because we forgot to disarm before we opened the door and they called right away.

GBGreat security service! First security system my family has had and we are glad we went with Envision. Easy to use and simple concept to understand. The reason for 4 out of 5 stars as I have home automation equipment that I wish could be controlled by their app but another than that I have had a great experience.

GBcost is high in the end We got our security system last month along with the thermostat they offer in order to save on our monthly bills. Our electric bill is over $100 higher and the house is hot all the time. We were also supposed to have received a rebate check before the first bill to help cover the first three months because that was part of the contract. We have yet to receive the check which was supposed to arrive within a week of installation. So now I am scraping funds together to pay for a much higher ac bill along with the monthly fee for the service.

GBNew customer review The techs were able to use all of our old hard wired system (except the keypad and controller of course) and also added a couple of new devices. Overall the service was prompt and the system was up and running within an hour of his arrival. The sales guys were very courteous and were able to answer all of my questions. They also called me right back after leaving a voicemail. Good customer service.
