GBNeeds work on customer service communicating with each other My thermostats were hooked up incorrectly and my AC and Heater ran for 3 days straight at the same time! I contacted the company and they sent out a repairman but it took 3 visits to fix the problem. I cancelled my contract until everything was fixed. They promised to pay for the difference in my electricity bill. It is about 2 weeks and someone finally showed up with a corrected contract. They did give me some free months and also threw in some extras. Things are resolved but I had to go through several people to get this straightened out.

GBNew customer review The techs were able to use all of our old hard wired system (except the keypad and controller of course) and also added a couple of new devices. Overall the service was prompt and the system was up and running within an hour of his arrival. The sales guys were very courteous and were able to answer all of my questions. They also called me right back after leaving a voicemail. Good customer service.

GBEnvision security review There was a bit of a push from the sales person. Understandable but a bit aggressive. A person who may not be able to sift through this to get to the meat and potatoes of what Envision is offering may not get there with this kind of sales pitch. Installer was strong. Helpful, positive, and efficient. System seems fairly easy to use and very tech focused. Monthly monitoring seems a bit high. A bit concerned about that for sure.

GBMuch better than ADT! We were with ADT for 4 years and switched to Envision. When the envision tech installed the system on a Saturday, I called ADT on Monday to terminate service and let them know that since their device was cut off on Saturday and we had nor received any phone calls from them to see if we were ok. Since getting envision, the alarm has gone off once because we forgot to disarm before we opened the door and they called right away.

GB10+ Year Customer of Envision Envision Security has been my security company since 2011 for my home in Glendale, AZ. I've always had excellent interactions with their team of Techs, CSR's, and Sales people. I love the system and all the smart features I have access to for my home. Definitely a recommended and reliable company.
