GBNeeds work on customer service communicating with each other My thermostats were hooked up incorrectly and my AC and Heater ran for 3 days straight at the same time! I contacted the company and they sent out a repairman but it took 3 visits to fix the problem. I cancelled my contract until everything was fixed. They promised to pay for the difference in my electricity bill. It is about 2 weeks and someone finally showed up with a corrected contract. They did give me some free months and also threw in some extras. Things are resolved but I had to go through several people to get this straightened out.

GBhome protection made easy envision came to my home and showed me how my old adt system could be converted into a viable working home defense. the salesman was professional and friendly. he showed me for the same cost i could have the same protection plus much more. the installer came the very next day, he too was professional and courteous. he explained all the details and made sure we knew how to operate system before he left. the whole experience was satisfying to a customer.
