USNeeds work on customer service communicating with each other My thermostats were hooked up incorrectly and my AC and Heater ran for 3 days straight at the same time! I contacted the company and they sent out a repairman but it took 3 visits to fix the problem. I cancelled my contract until everything was fixed. They promised to pay for the difference in my electricity bill. It is about 2 weeks and someone finally showed up with a corrected contract. They did give me some free months and also threw in some extras. Things are resolved but I had to go through several people to get this straightened out.

USGreat company! We were very pleased with the experience. We are first time home buyers and weren't quite sure how the whole process worked. Willy was very knowledgable and walked us through the process. Both willy and his manager were very friendly and polite. The installer was very knowledgable and tailored the installation to our needs. Overall it was great customer service and the alarm works great!!

UScost is high in the end We got our security system last month along with the thermostat they offer in order to save on our monthly bills. Our electric bill is over $100 higher and the house is hot all the time. We were also supposed to have received a rebate check before the first bill to help cover the first three months because that was part of the contract. We have yet to receive the check which was supposed to arrive within a week of installation. So now I am scraping funds together to pay for a much higher ac bill along with the monthly fee for the service.

USEnvision Security-Proud to make the switch!!!! We switced from ADT to Envision and so far, couldn't be happier. There sales people and installers were very friendly and personable. They did not have to install new equipment (outside of a new panel) as they were able to piggyback off the ADT stuff. Not only are we saving about $10 a month vs. ADT, but the system seems to work much better with quite a few additional perks(full access to all systems thru our phones) that our old ADT system did not provide. The only small issue is we can't always get the garage door to open using our phone. But that may be an internet connection issue and not a product issue. Great product, great price, great customer service.

USVery satisfy customer I was very satisfy and pleased with the rep Ryan Pickering that came to my home. He was pleasant, personable and very knowledgeable about the security system. The installer was prompt and explained how to download the app to my cell phone, which I LOVE!!! I can operate my alarm and my garage door from my cell phone. I am so glad that I switch over to Envision and recommend others too.
