It's me It's me, again! Yesterday Luis was at my front door to install the carpet on my stairway. What a wonderful man! Very personable and knowledgeable about the installation that can be challenging with stairways! He is a very hard worker and, I believe, a perfectionist! (Which is very important to the customer!) "Mi casa, su casa," I told him as he began his work. And, indeed, he installed my carpet as he would have installed his own! He did an excellent job! Thank you, Luis! Working with Independent Carpet One … Working with Independent Carpet One Westland has been an absolute pleasure. Cathy went above and beyond to coordinate the best flooring with our paint and the carpet we chose really made the whole room! The installer Joe Bazzoun, and his crew, moved any furniture that needed to be moved and installed the carpet quickly and efficiently. They cleaned every scrap up and left the place spotless. From start to finish, I would 100% recommend Independent Carpet One!

Incorrect quality of carpet installed Incorrect quality of carpet installed - was told I would not be compensated for my inconvenience. I scheduled a painter for 2 weeks after carpeting - am now told that if the walls are damaged when the second carpet is laid (which will be after the painter comes), that I will be responsible for paint touch up if necessary. Unbelievable! Jeanne and Joe were great but the overall experience so far has been disastrous.

Undecided My wife and I wanted new carpet for our family room and bedrooms. After shopping around all over town we still could not decide what we wanted. With all the different grades/types/warranties of carpet we really didn’t unstable what fit our needs. The sales person Jeanne showed tremendous patience and was a great help as she showed us basically all the carpet in the store, explaining the differences and making sure we got quality carpet for a fair price.

We had dealt with Independent One a few… We had dealt with Independent One a few years back for a kitchen project and I always remembered how very helpful they were. So when it was time to replace carpeting we did not hesitate to return here because we knew Independent would come through. Always friendly and professional. Cameron answered our questions. Installers were great also.
