It's me It's me, again! Yesterday Luis was at my front door to install the carpet on my stairway. What a wonderful man! Very personable and knowledgeable about the installation that can be challenging with stairways! He is a very hard worker and, I believe, a perfectionist! (Which is very important to the customer!) "Mi casa, su casa," I told him as he began his work. And, indeed, he installed my carpet as he would have installed his own! He did an excellent job! Thank you, Luis! We started our downstairs flooring … We started our downstairs flooring replacement project without much idea where it would lead. We knew blending the kitchen, hallway, and foyer together wouldn't be easy. With so many choices we were pleased with the eager help our design specialist Jeane Salter provided us with. She made several trips to our house to show a variety of samples and offer suggestions, always listening to us to help us be sure we were getting what we wanted. The installation crew did an excellent job and were able to efficiently handle any problems that arose. From start to finish Independent Carpet provided us with the quality job we were looking for.

Undecided My wife and I wanted new carpet for our family room and bedrooms. After shopping around all over town we still could not decide what we wanted. With all the different grades/types/warranties of carpet we really didn’t unstable what fit our needs. The sales person Jeanne showed tremendous patience and was a great help as she showed us basically all the carpet in the store, explaining the differences and making sure we got quality carpet for a fair price.

My customer is very unhappy we have…WITH THE NEW FLOOR AND CARPET PAD My customer is very unhappy we have been trying to get the customer concerns taken care of. 1. Bubble in the new floor 2. Carpet has a hump in the pad. 3. Carpet was not iron on the joint. Gary is going to the job Wednesday May 23, 2018 I hope Gary can get the problem corrected. i was satisfied with the service from Bob Francavilla and the sales person Jennie they are doing everything to help.
