Undecided My wife and I wanted new carpet for our family room and bedrooms. After shopping around all over town we still could not decide what we wanted. With all the different grades/types/warranties of carpet we really didn’t unstable what fit our needs. The sales person Jeanne showed tremendous patience and was a great help as she showed us basically all the carpet in the store, explaining the differences and making sure we got quality carpet for a fair price.

I habe been working with independent… I habe been working with independent carpet lifter than i can remember. Bob Francavilla (sp?) Has always helped me with every project i have had, giving me the best price in town. I world never go anywhere else for my flooring needs.

I have a large bubble on my floor I have a large bubble on my floor. Although I told the salesman and the two men who came to repair other problems and someone named Jim, no one has contacted me. I have a party for 40 scheduled for 12/10 and what is on the floor is a trip hazard. Also, the men who came out to repair other problems insisted no one had touched the dishwasher, even though someone must have done something because it makes a terrible noise when opening and shutting and I have to slam it to get it to work.

It's me It's me, again! Yesterday Luis was at my front door to install the carpet on my stairway. What a wonderful man! Very personable and knowledgeable about the installation that can be challenging with stairways! He is a very hard worker and, I believe, a perfectionist! (Which is very important to the customer!) "Mi casa, su casa," I told him as he began his work. And, indeed, he installed my carpet as he would have installed his own! He did an excellent job! Thank you, Luis! Again, I say, do not hesitate to call Independent Carpet One for all your flooring needs!

We are so happy with our new floors… We are so happy with our new floors from Independent Carpet One! Every step of the process was great. Our salesman Cameron was so helpful and patient, and helped us pick the best flooring for our home. The installation team did an excellent job. They worked so quickly while still having remarkable attention to detail. Will definitely be using them for future work and will recommend to all our friends and family
