Full satisfaction In all honesty, I couldn’t have felt more comfortable with the experience. Jason at the store walked us through our options, paying close attention to our expectations without forcing us to upgrade or go above our budget. We just had new Karastan SmartStrand… We just had new Karastan SmartStrand carpeting put in our living room by Independent Carpet One in Westland. Our experience with the sales person, Jeane Salter was exceptional. She helped us find the perfect carpet for our home. The installers, Doug and Jason, were very professional. They did such an amazing job. We absolutely love this carpet.

Once again Once again, Cathy has been on top of our flooring needs! Currently having wood floors installed throughout a new build and the job is going perfectly (after she was tactfully able to circumvent some builder issues!). She has all the ideas and suggestions as a professional with a good eye for design. Our installer is also very friendly and is very careful and neat, an important factor especially with wood flooring. Can't wait till it's all done - AND, to be able to live in our new home! My customer is very unhappy we have…WITH THE NEW FLOOR AND CARPET PAD My customer is very unhappy we have been trying to get the customer concerns taken care of. 1. Bubble in the new floor 2. Carpet has a hump in the pad. 3. Carpet was not iron on the joint. Gary is going to the job Wednesday May 23, 2018 I hope Gary can get the problem corrected. i was satisfied with the service from Bob Francavilla and the sales person Jennie they are doing everything to help.
