I purchased the Mission 4 rifle Make sure that you follow the manufacturers storing instructions for the Mission 4 rifle. It is different than the pistol. Incorrect storage will result in drainage of the CO2 cartridge.

I really love the company Byrna I really love the company Byrna, and what they do or what they stand for. I love their customer satisfaction and supports. They also have great products for nonlethal self-defense. Highly recommend. I’m very impressed with the customer service and very satisfied with fulfilling any questions or concerns or problems I may have had with a delivery and their products are flawless

Jordan went way above and beyond Jordan went way above and beyond! My husband started this process and then got busy with a work project and passed if off to me. Jordan changed gears seemlessly into working with me. Then I actually forgot about this repair due to us being out of town and Jordan was fantastically patient. He followed up multiple times to provide gentle reminders instead of letting our issue go unadressed. Once I did get the launcher shipped, he provided consistent updates and ensured the work was done in a timely manner. Additionally, the repair team not only got the job done quickly, they found and repaired another issue we didn't even know about! Definitely a great customer service experience

Compliments to the customer service… Compliments to the customer service department, Maria in particular. An item had been left out of my order and she promptly handled it. However, when I received the wrong item I had to contact her for the second time. She apologized and once again quickly helped me. She was polite and professional with her service.
