GBMaria was very helpful and patient Maria was very helpful and patient. When I was unable to make the promo discount apply to my on line order she took the time to take my order over the phone. She also advised me of some product details that I did not see on the website. When I provided some feedback about product specifications I saw on the Glenn Beck promo page that did not match the product specifications for the SD launcher device on the generic Byrna website she said she appreciated the observation and would pass that information along to others in your company. My call today was a very pleasant change from what is typically a frustrating customer service experience with most other businesses. Maria definitely puts the service in customer service. I attempted to submit my review and have to sign up Trustpilot, (whatever that is), to submit my review. This make the whole process of submitting a review revert back to the typical nonsense that accompanies most on line interactions. If I didn't want to provide a positive review for exceptional service, I would have just stopped the whole process at this point.

GBContacted their customer support… Contacted their customer support multiple times to help with an order and the 10% discount. What a waste of time, not helpful at all, kept leading me around in circles with no success. Not super happy with my experience so far, hopefully the product will be decent.

GBResponsive and Positively Evolving Company It's great to see Byrna develop solid products and continually seek to improve based on customer feedback and requests. Their public outreach, social media, and videos help raise awareness and promote best practices for personal defense. On 5 Sep 2023, I called customer service with a bunch of questions. I spoke with Christine G. who did a great job of answering all my questions. I already had a positive opinion of Byrna, but after that call I'm even more impressed. Looking forward to see more excellence and innovation in the years ahead.

GBJordan went way above and beyond Jordan went way above and beyond! My husband started this process and then got busy with a work project and passed if off to me. Jordan changed gears seemlessly into working with me. Then I actually forgot about this repair due to us being out of town and Jordan was fantastically patient. He followed up multiple times to provide gentle reminders instead of letting our issue go unadressed. Once I did get the launcher shipped, he provided consistent updates and ensured the work was done in a timely manner. Additionally, the repair team not only got the job done quickly, they found and repaired another issue we didn't even know about! Definitely a great customer service experience
