Ackerman Sells to ADT - Consumer Loses, Of course. As all of you know Ackerman was a month-to-month operation. Ackerman sells my contract to ADT, ADT turns it into a 2025 end date contract. Cancellation fee is now $300+ ADT never changes, and the reason I was with Ackerman to begin with. A bunch of unaccountable thiefs.

Finally had 3 Ackerman people who… Finally had 3 Ackerman people who listened to my problem and fixed it in 2 days. Upgrading was a problem for several months but these 3 folks were super. The tech who came really knew what he was doing, was personable, did everything exceedingly well. This was a great answer to my situation.

Extremely professional Mr. Robert Kirkland, our installer/service person was Great! He was professional, courteous, funny and transparent. He was on time and explained everything to us thoroughly. He tested our equipment to make sure everything worked and we understood alarm system. We appreciate the professionalism of your staff that we have interacted with. We look forward to many years as customers with Ackermann.

Doug was a very nice gentleman Doug was a very nice gentleman. He explained what he was doing as he was working. He asked questions regarding placement of equipment to determine the best location of cameras. After installation of all the equipment, he throughly explained how to use the equipment.

Took way too long to get this… Took way too long to get this appointment set up due to issues w understanding your peoples English. I called back several times. Finally Mark (American/English speaking) did a call w/me & we walked through CO issues. He set up an appointment & Gentleman came & was out of there w/in 15 mins.
