Extremely professional Mr. Robert Kirkland, our installer/service person was Great! He was professional, courteous, funny and transparent. He was on time and explained everything to us thoroughly. He tested our equipment to make sure everything worked and we understood alarm system. We appreciate the professionalism of your staff that we have interacted with. Daniel Cottrell Daniel Cottrell, was very courteous and polite. He took time to fully explain the system, and how to use the Ackerman app. Daniel addressed all questions I had about set-up. Because of his thoroughness with changing over my alarm system to cellular, I feel more comfortable in my home.

My alarm keypad problem turned out to be a false alarm. The technician showed up on time after making his "30 minutes out call". I explained my problem with the key pad on my alarm box. He did some diagnostics and we did some test runs and ultimately we decided that there was nothing wrong with the keypad. He was polite and informative.

Ackerman Sells to ADT - Consumer Loses, Of course. As all of you know Ackerman was a month-to-month operation. Ackerman sells my contract to ADT, ADT turns it into a 2025 end date contract. Cancellation fee is now $300+ ADT never changes, and the reason I was with Ackerman to begin with. A bunch of unaccountable thiefs.

Ackerman Stella Consultant Victor was the Ackerman Consultant assigned to me. He brought many years of experience to the table, which immediately put me at ease. He never over promised what he or Ackerman could do. He was always punctual and carried himself very professional. He went the extra mile to ensure I understood the practicality of what I wanted and how to obtain it. He also applied what ever discounts were available at the time to save me money.
