Very sad that my original sales person… Very sad that my original sales person Dean didn’t want to help me get the right cameras for my home. He didn’t want to change my contract. Thanks to the great guys that came out on yesterday 3-29 - Eddie and Bill they got me in touch with Mike and got me what I needed. These guys were great and turned a bad experience into a good one.

Daniel Cottrell Daniel Cottrell, was very courteous and polite. He took time to fully explain the system, and how to use the Ackerman app. Daniel addressed all questions I had about set-up. Because of his thoroughness with changing over my alarm system to cellular, I feel more comfortable in my home.

Doug was a very nice gentleman Doug was a very nice gentleman. He explained what he was doing as he was working. He asked questions regarding placement of equipment to determine the best location of cameras. After installation of all the equipment, he throughly explained how to use the equipment.

Took way too long to get this… Took way too long to get this appointment set up due to issues w understanding your peoples English. I called back several times. Finally Mark (American/English speaking) did a call w/me & we walked through CO issues. He set up an appointment & Gentleman came & was out of there w/in 15 mins.
