He never over promised what he or Ackerman could do. He was always punctual and carried himself very professional. He went the extra mile to ensure I understood the practicality of what I wanted and how to obtain it. He also applied what ever discounts were available at the time to save me money.

GBI just want a doorbell that rings! I had a security system installed about 2 months ago. Since then I've been trying to just get a doorbell THAT ACTUALLY RINGS in my house. It doesn't seem like it should be this hard, but apparently it is. I've called ADT and Ackerman and just keep getting the runaround. My salesperson from Ackerman originally told me I just may need to buy another piece (are you kidding?!) and would get back to me the following week. It's been radio silence since then, despite me leaving him several messages. I'm extremely frustrated and can't seem to reach an actual person when calling Ackerman.

GBVery sad that my original sales person… Very sad that my original sales person Dean didn’t want to help me get the right cameras for my home. He didn’t want to change my contract. Thanks to the great guys that came out on yesterday 3-29 - Eddie and Bill they got me in touch with Mike and got me what I needed. These guys were great and turned a bad experience into a good one.

GBIt took several tries to get Ackerman to the point of installation It took several tries to get Ackerman up to speed with their update. The first two live encounters told me there would be no costs for the upgrade. Ackerman missed an appointment to install the no-cost upgrade. After calling, I was informed I would be paying for the upgrade. The sales rep made his presentation and revealed a small cost upgrade which I authorized. The upgrade went from there to be as they said and was performed by a very professional technician in short order. Its all behind me know.
