Extremely professional Mr. Robert Kirkland, our installer/service person was Great! He was professional, courteous, funny and transparent. He was on time and explained everything to us thoroughly. He tested our equipment to make sure everything worked and we understood alarm system. We appreciate the professionalism of your staff that we have interacted with. I just want a doorbell that rings! I had a security system installed about 2 months ago. Since then I've been trying to just get a doorbell THAT ACTUALLY RINGS in my house. It doesn't seem like it should be this hard, but apparently it is. I've called ADT and Ackerman and just keep getting the runaround. My salesperson from Ackerman originally told me I just may need to buy another piece (are you kidding?!) and would get back to me the following week. It's been radio silence since then, despite me leaving him several messages. I'm extremely frustrated and can't seem to reach an actual person when calling Ackerman.

Doug was a very nice gentleman Doug was a very nice gentleman. He explained what he was doing as he was working. He asked questions regarding placement of equipment to determine the best location of cameras. After installation of all the equipment, he throughly explained how to use the equipment.

Best service EVER!!!!! My Tech was relentless in finding the cause for my system malfunction. He was a true professional. Courteous and respectful and knowledgeable. When he needed help he called his team and to me that showed me his passion for his job! He needs to be promoted in my humble opinion!!
