I love these blinds I love these blinds. They fit perfectly, provide a soft light on the inside, and insulate from the outside temperatures. The instructions were not very easy to follow for top-down, bottom-up shades, but we figured it out.

Fine product I'd give the product 5 stars (after 1 month). Since you ask about overall experience, there was a disappointingly long time between a "your blinds are being made" email (I only bought four blinds) and shipping, and delivery was later than projected at time of purchase.

Beautiful Beautiful Roman Shades that fit the first time. I was able to find what I wanted on the website, get samples of fabric, order and received them quickly. I've ordered from Blinds.com for cordless blinds, curtains and now roman shades. I don't shop anywhere else.

OUTSTANDING WARRANTY & CUSTOMER SERVICE Previously, I ordered two very large inside the frame blinds (measured correctly!) for my house and they were fine. I recently ordered a blind to go in my RV that had to be a specific width. I filled out all of the pertinent ordering information on the website but they made the blind too short. And unbeknownst to me their sure fit guarantee is only applicable for 30 days. So I went through their warranty blah, blah, blah, sent photos, etc. And of course, they initially refused to honor the warranty. They told me what they sent me was what I'd ordered and I needed to review their measurements instructions. Then much to my surprise, Jessica N. intervened and WOW a replacement blind under their Sure Fit guarantee even though the guarantee time had elapsed. So Blinds.com it is for all my orders moving forward. Thank you Jessica.

6 weeks later ,still missing parts I waited 3 weeks to receive my order. After receiving it, I noticed that the brackets were missing. I called the customer service to ask for a replacement and they said it will be shipped ASAP. It's been 6 weeks since my original order and 3 weeks since they promised to ship the missing parts and I still cannot install the blinds
