GBOUTSTANDING WARRANTY & CUSTOMER SERVICE Previously, I ordered two very large inside the frame blinds (measured correctly!) for my house and they were fine. I recently ordered a blind to go in my RV that had to be a specific width. I filled out all of the pertinent ordering information on the website but they made the blind too short. And unbeknownst to me their sure fit guarantee is only applicable for 30 days. So I went through their warranty blah, blah, blah, sent photos, etc. And of course, they initially refused to honor the warranty. They told me what they sent me was what I'd ordered and I needed to review their measurements instructions. Then much to my surprise, Jessica N. intervened and WOW a replacement blind under their Sure Fit guarantee even though the guarantee time had elapsed. So Blinds.com it is for all my orders moving forward. Thank you Jessica.

GBVery Pleased! My order was well packaged, everything was included as promised, instructions were clear. Videos and other info on the website were helpful as well. All 3 blinds look fantastic and are functioning well. The color choices are great and the actual products match what's online. Will definitely order again and will recommend.

GBBlinds.com "100% Satisfaction Guarantee" policy really works! I recently purchased a cellular shade for my bedroom from blinds.com. When they arrived, I realized I had ordered the wrong thickness. I called the company and they immediately stood by their free replacement policy. Within a week, a replacement shade arrived that was the correct thickness for my window.
