GBOUTSTANDING WARRANTY & CUSTOMER SERVICE Previously, I ordered two very large inside the frame blinds (measured correctly!) for my house and they were fine. I recently ordered a blind to go in my RV that had to be a specific width. I filled out all of the pertinent ordering information on the website but they made the blind too short. And unbeknownst to me their sure fit guarantee is only applicable for 30 days. So I went through their warranty blah, blah, blah, sent photos, etc. And of course, they initially refused to honor the warranty. They told me what they sent me was what I'd ordered and I needed to review their measurements instructions. Then much to my surprise, Jessica N. intervened and WOW a replacement blind under their Sure Fit guarantee even though the guarantee time had elapsed. So Blinds.com it is for all my orders moving forward. Thank you Jessica.

GB80% success Customer service has been great! Blinds fit perfectly! Guarantee excellent BUT…..we have a blind that is 118” long and it keeps bowing on the ends. It’s been replaced 2x but the results are the same. We offered to pay the $300 extra charge to get motorized to see if that would work better which was declined. If the original order is changed it’s considered “new” and you pay full price again. Disappointed, lesson learned.

GBBeautiful Beautiful Roman Shades that fit the first time. I was able to find what I wanted on the website, get samples of fabric, order and received them quickly. I've ordered from Blinds.com for cordless blinds, curtains and now roman shades. I don't shop anywhere else.
