I purchased a Zline 36" dual fuel Dura… I purchased a Zline 36" dual fuel Dura snow range with the assistance of numerous of your staff who were always kind enough to answer all my questions. This range replaced a 36" GE Cafe range which I had serviced too many time and the issues were never resolved. With that said, I can honestly say I love my new Zline range. It looks gorgeous and bakes amazingly well. So far, the only minus is that it does not accommodate a full sheet pan. But other than that, I'm fine with it.

They go so far as to separate item which historically get damaged. I have received almost an entire kitchen and nothing damaged.

Great Customer Service - Brittany Swapping Ranges. Moving and Selling Home. Taking My High End 36" Wolf Range... So Had to Replace.. Much more affordable items... and look great. Ordered one.. Delayed, Delayed.. Weeks.. Not Home Direct's fault - manufacturer's (Covid related). Brittany comes in - suggests similar product. Able to sell at same price. Cancels 1st order.. From when Ordered (Fri afternoon) - delivered in 4 business days. Wow! Amazing Cust Service. Install next day - and house will be on market with new appliance on Tuesday after Labor Day Wknd. Can't say enough positives!
