GBI purchased a Zline 36" dual fuel Dura… I purchased a Zline 36" dual fuel Dura snow range with the assistance of numerous of your staff who were always kind enough to answer all my questions. This range replaced a 36" GE Cafe range which I had serviced too many time and the issues were never resolved. With that said, I can honestly say I love my new Zline range. It looks gorgeous and bakes amazingly well. So far, the only minus is that it does not accommodate a full sheet pan. But other than that, I'm fine with it.

GBBAD PRODUCTS There was a recall on their products because of leaking issues. Just want to make sure to post my voice so that others know to be careful buying from this store. They are sell bad products to good people… its only a matter of time before this business is SHUT DOWN.

From that point on, smooth process. We selected a fantastic Thor Package, ordered and within 3 days received communications from the company asking about our timeline and how did we want to take delivery. Appliances arrived crated and well packed. Included with the order were the specification sheets for each appliance. We gave those to the kitchen designer who incorporated into our renovation plans. Easy installation for our contractor. If I had to do it all again, I would go straight back to HOD. I have also recommended to friends and family!
