Love my new appliances We just finished our renovation on our new kitchen and I’m in love. I’ve wanted a high end range for years, but the prices for Viking are astronomical. I discovered Home Outlet Direct (HOD for short haha), and the high quality appliances they offer. I spoke to their sales rep and they helped me find an appliance bundle that fit my kitchen. I ended up going with a ZLINE and couldn’t be happier. Everything arrived quickly and without damage. We finally finished our renovation I’ve been using them for over a week now. They work great and look even better.

BAD PRODUCTS There was a recall on their products because of leaking issues. Just want to make sure to post my voice so that others know to be careful buying from this store. They are sell bad products to good people… its only a matter of time before this business is SHUT DOWN.

Best prices, BEST customer service The customer service is the best, period. This company went waaaayyyy above the call of duty to help me. I normally wouldn’t write a review like this, but I just have to acknowledge the amazing service I received. They go out of their way to make sure their customers are taken care of and happy with their order. I will be giving them as much business as I can because of how good of an experience this was. I own Wolf and Sub Zero but thought I… I own Wolf and Sub Zero but thought I would try Thor from Home Outlet Direct. For the money saved, its a great product. well worth the money. my entire package, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, stove cost the same as my Wolf stove at home so I will use Thor again and HOD as my retailer. Nice product, fast delivery, great service.
