distressed about your nonresponsiveness I ordered a lock over a week ago and paid for two day shipping. I urgently need this because the one at the entry of my house is broken. I have not heard anything after the purchase, no shipping, information, or tracking numbers, and no responses to queries about what’s going on. When will my lock arrive?

Price, quality, and delivery exceptional Lock was delivered quickly. The instructions on how to select the correct lock were extremely useful. It was exactly what was described. Previous lock by this manufacturer lasted over 15years through extremely rough usage. Priced reasonably.

Good solid lock The locks arrived very quickly. They look beautiful and fit my door like they should. My only issue is I requested the keys be matching and they were not. Customer service was very nice and is sending me out new cylinders with matching keys. Otherwise it looks like a good solid lock. I definitely recommend, plus I prefer to buy from a small family owned business then a big box store. Hope this review is helpful.

Ordered item on 19 Dec Ordered item on 19 Dec. No update other than “awaiting shipment” as of 20 Dec. I have called numerous times and left messages and no return calls. I have also emailed numerous times also no response. I paid extra for shipment.

I'm very pleased with this order and I saved lots of money doing this my self instead of have a lock Smith doing it for me. Again I pay for expedited shipping and received my order as expected and the mesuments was on point for my door just make sure you answered the questions they ask you about the door and how you want your handle and lock positioned. I would recommend this company. Did not have to contact customer support because everything was on point and had no issues installing the lock and I have no locksmiths experience.
