USdistressed about your nonresponsiveness I ordered a lock over a week ago and paid for two day shipping. I urgently need this because the one at the entry of my house is broken. I have not heard anything after the purchase, no shipping, information, or tracking numbers, and no responses to queries about what’s going on. When will my lock arrive?

USVery poor service We placed an order for an item that showed available. After 3 weeks and 3 phone calls I finally got an answer that the item was discontinued and we got a refund however we had lost all that time waiting. Extremely poor customer service!

USOrdered item on 19 Dec Ordered item on 19 Dec. No update other than “awaiting shipment” as of 20 Dec. I have called numerous times and left messages and no return calls. I have also emailed numerous times also no response. I paid extra for shipment.

USWe purchased 2 lock assemblies We purchased 2 lock assemblies. One I can't tighten the inside knob as much as I would like and it still roll back on it's own. The other door the key got stuck, pulled the lock assembly back off and noticed there is a plate with 2 screws that were loose tightened them up and fixed the problem. All and all I'm very pleased with our purchase, product arrived in a timely manner and seems to be operating fine.

USGood product Good product, nice replacement for original. Only issue was the latch bolt was set up for inward swinging door & I had ordered one for outward swinging. Not a big deal to change but I shouldn’t have to do that - especially when SLS is so specific when you order their parts.
