We purchased 2 lock assemblies We purchased 2 lock assemblies. One I can't tighten the inside knob as much as I would like and it still roll back on it's own. The other door the key got stuck, pulled the lock assembly back off and noticed there is a plate with 2 screws that were loose tightened them up and fixed the problem. All and all I'm very pleased with our purchase, product arrived in a timely manner and seems to be operating fine.

One of the knobs was a bit too tall for my particular set up (combining with another inside door), but we used the old, shorter knob in its place. Aside from that, it is perfect. Looks nice, works well. Shipping was WAY faster than I expected.

Needed a new lock for my 90 year old… Needed a new lock for my 90 year old mother-in-law’s security door , received lock in a few days. Lock went together very well, which I thought would be a bear to get together. Works great. Would recommend anyone needing a mortise lock for wrought iron door to purchase from your company. Very poor service We placed an order for an item that showed available. After 3 weeks and 3 phone calls I finally got an answer that the item was discontinued and we got a refund however we had lost all that time waiting. Extremely poor customer service!

I have not heard anything after the purchase, no shipping, information, or tracking numbers, and no responses to queries about what’s going on. When will my lock arrive?
